  • Executive Coaching Journey for leaders in organizations.

  • This type of coaching has the goal of helping you become a better and more fulfilled leader.

  • We will attend to any issue you bring.

  • Topics often include navigating difficult work settings, managing stress, stakeholder management, building empathy and holding boundaries, and work as an expression of Self.

  • Can include a 360° assessment and sponsor conversations where indicated.

  • I always tailor my approach to each individual client’s circumstances and context.

  • On a high level, all journeys kick-off as follows:

  • A typical initial engagement consists of 10-12 hour-long sessions scheduled roughly every other week, resulting in a journey of 5-6 months.

Team
Development

  • I partner up with esteemed colleagues to facilitate bespoke and tailored-to-your-needs team development processes.

  • This approach typically aims at improving team dynamics, performance, and collaboration

Coaching journeys are generally offered virtually. I’m also happy to meet up in Zurich if you’re in the area.
For team facilitations, I am available to travel to the client location. I work in English and German.
